This is arguably the worst place I have ever worked. It's a toxic environment, and you're in constant fear of losing your job. The expectations are unrealistic, but if you voice concerns you are branded as "difficult". Management don't listen to the advice of their experts, but those experts get the blame when management's strategies don't work. As for the leadership team; there is no clear direction and the company use "fast-paced" as a way of describing what is really no clear direction. The actual platform has major issues and customers are sold a dream that doesn't exist in the way they are lead to believe it does. For a company who's software is HR, internal HR is awful. There is no support for employees and processes that should exist, don't (or aren't followed). This is a company that preach good HR process to customers, yet fail to practice it themselves. Don't let them sell you the dream, the reality is very different. Avoid if you can.
