Pros
I have been a member of the Employment Office team for almost 2 years now. From the HIGH FIVE in my initial interview, to the meet and greet, i knew this was going to be the breathe of fresh air I needed in forging a new career. Since then, I have been offered a chance of a life time with regards to the sport I play. Rather than fear the worst and consider leaving to take this new opportunity I couldn't say no too, I approached my managers and Managing Director and shared my news! They were thrilled and so proud and rather than wishing me well and on my way, they came up with a win / win for myself and the business. I dont know many other organisations who do this for their staff! What a place to work. SO much more than just a job!
Cons
The SAE role is a tough role. You need to really want it and want to work hard!
