      Pros

      Nothing. This company was a joke and started losing money so quick they had to get rid of their office three times going from a nice beautiful office, downsizing to something smaller, then going to a coworking space and then finally working from home.

      Cons

      - low pay - high expectations (CEO would call you at 4:59pm to check what you were working on)

      Semestral meeting with great food and drinks

      It's a bit hard to get into the inner circle, but I believe that with time it can be more soft.

      Pros

      Great with work-life balance. The company has great values and leadership. Encourage growth and risk taking. Great team working opportunities with ability to step up into growing roles.

      Cons

      Don't offer too much training. Growing company without many perks or opportunities for development. It was difficult to learn because supervisors focused on individual work without offering too much insight.
