Pros
It's a paycheck, a small small paycheck. I look at it as a paid internship. NCI does offer a lot of skillport classes and online books. They will grudgingly pay for IT certifications. You can learn a lot if you are fresh out of school.
Cons
Low pay. Untrained workers. You get what you pay for. From what I have seen, NCI just wants a warm body. They have poor middle management. Upper management must be good since they keep winning contracts and making money. I know they are making money because they send employees spam emails telling us. Employee moral is low.
