Pros
Empower AI is a smaller company compared to the Lockheed Martins of the world, which means you may have to work harder to win, but the people are incredible, and the product suite delivered to the market is very innovative.
Cons
Smaller teams mean in some instances it is hard to get busywork/chores done due to prioritization of new business opportunities (at least in BD side of house). Would love to see teams expanded, even by 1 employee.
