Our sales environment rewards hard work and dedication. New sales reps who consistently engage with our training and processes typically close their first sale within their first or second month and earn commissions based on a clear, attainable structure. Success in sales is driven by effort and persistence, and while senior reps may benefit from experience, they too are held to the same performance standards. We take pride in fostering a supportive team dynamic and are committed to addressing any concerns to ensure a fair and rewarding workplace for all.
