My co-workers were the only thing that kept me coming back day after day.

Cons

If you like making phone calls all day, then this may be for you. However, you're calling people who for the most part (not always) don't realize that their home search has now signed them up to be harassed with phone calls. You spend most of your day leaving voicemails to people who will never call you back or getting hung up on. Leadership promoted that the company is one big family, yet only the "favorites" are treated this way. Everyone else is treated like dirt and spoken down to and put in a position where it's next to impossible to succeed.

awful structure, disorganized all the time and chaotic environment, lots of toxic "encouragement" with zero leadership accountability of failures.
