I don't find any positive in this company.. Full of micro management. Lack of motivation.. Highly adhoc planning..
Cons
Management is posting positive reviews themselves to increase the rating.. I have worked there before.. lot of micro management .. Quality of the code was degrading a lot because of unplanned decision. They call late night to get some work completed.. They except you to work 14 hours a day.. no work life balance.. No motivation to work...
