Pros

Only few pros are there. - friendly management - seniors having helping mentality - will give great salary packages - good environment to work

Cons

- even though you get good packages, you will not receive your salary - they collect pf from employees, never pays it to PF accounts, most funny part is company doesn't had any PF account - They didn't provide any salary for more than 20 employees who left Emvigo by January 2017, when emvigo moved to Kochin - Many employees have pending salary from November, 2016 itself - never returned employee PF collected from employees who left organisation before few years - there is no project managers on company, no particular procedures for projects - no documentations - never responds for emails from employee regarding salary - Current employees are leaving company because of salary issues - trusts clients blindly and clients never pay them - doesn't know how to handle employees - in short it's a SINKING SHIP

* Good place to learn if you are early in your career. * Team members are friendly and helpful. * You get exposure to different types of projects and responsibilities.

Cons

* Effort and hard work are not valued enough; focus is only on results. * Project managers are not supportive and lack practical experience. * Very little guidance or mentoring from management side. * Company is not bringing new projects, so learning opportunities are limited. * Employees are not given chances to take ownership or real responsibility. * Career growth and feedback system are weak.
