- even though you get good packages, you will not receive your salary
- they collect pf from employees, never pays it to PF accounts, most funny part is company doesn't had any PF account
- They didn't provide any salary for more than 20 employees who left Emvigo by January 2017, when emvigo moved to Kochin
- Many employees have pending salary from November, 2016 itself
- never returned employee PF collected from employees who left organisation before few years
- there is no project managers on company, no particular procedures for projects
- no documentations
- never responds for emails from employee regarding salary
- Current employees are leaving company because of salary issues
- trusts clients blindly and clients never pay them
- doesn't know how to handle employees
- in short it's a SINKING SHIP
