I have been working for Emydex for a number of years. During this time I have seen the company grow from being based in Ireland to expanding across to Australia, New Zealand and Canada. As they have grown, there has been a great reform of benefits, processes and overall management.
Cons
With the expansion, working remote has its natural cons but that company does invest in getting us together online or in person to minimise this
