The work environment was the best I have ever been fortunate to work in. Everyone is welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Everyone sits at a desk in an open space, free of offices with closed doors. There were lots of other perks as well, such as fun company parties in summer and around the winter holidays, a kitchen restocked weekly with snacks and drinks, and a great location in the heart of downtown.

Reductions in force (layoffs) are an unfortunate event at any company, but as a small operation, it did feel as though En Masse was less equipped to handle short-term bumps in the road without being forced to reduce headcount.
