Pros

A very considerate company with very understanding heads, just beware of the clients. Enjoy your learning phase here, learn and build paths to a promising future. The pay package is phenomenal if you can show that you have capabilities.

Cons

Clients should not be questioned. Mandate to say “yes sir, I am sorry sir” to clients. But forget those people looking at how good your Enfuse heads are. Clients just don’t like to be questioned to learn so better learn and build. It’s like never call a donkey a donkey. Same clients are down to earth in big MNCs but that’s part and parcel of life.

Pros

Nothing They will keep you on bench for minimum 5 months. Maybe enhance the skills when you are on bench

Cons

- Before attending their interview visit the office. It stinks with no ventilation. Cafeteria is small again with no ventilation - Directors who hire have no technical knowledge. They hire random guys then will ask to change the domain like asking backend developer to work on frontend n vice versa
