New company, plenty rooms for development. Suitable for newly graduated who wish to experience a “corporation” vibe (the management try to “look” like a big corporate, however, most of the time they are running around with SOPs)
Cons
Clueless management, lacking of management experience and business mindset. Low salary, lack of benefits and inflexible working style.
