Pay is below average for amount of work.
If you are not part of the cliques then they will run you down and throw you out.
No training for anything and then harsh put downs when that leads to mistakes.
The very definition of "rules for thee but not for me," Especially if you are management or spend all your time sucking up to leadership.
Management never seems to know what they are doing or what is future plans.
No opportunity to grow or better oneself.
Terrible work life balance. They say they have it but if you attempt it you get in trouble.
