      Pros

      The work life balance is okay here. The salary comes on time. The work is limited and manageable.

      Cons

      The company is biased towards a specific community and people they priorities hiring them over any other person. The salary is less then market value. You will only learn limited and outdated technologies not new and latest tech stack Sandwich leave policy is there. You have to be in office atleast 8.30 hours excluding lunch breaks thats how they calculate productivity.

      Opportunity to learn and grow as an individual. With flexible work timings it offers great work life balance. Everybody from executives to managers all are important for the company.

      The work environment is one of the best aspects of this company, positive, inclusive, and enjoyable on a day-to-day basis. Good team dynamics ,colleagues are approachable, collaborative, and genuinely supportive.
