      Nothing to like about this company.

      Cons

      No working hour flexibility. Full of attitude and ego in old employee HR not employee friendly. Lots of politics from seniors. Old working style. Lot of favoritism. Wrong bonus and appraisal policy. No employee engagement.

      Long-term fcosu, Good culture, Growth oriented - all these are key point which i believe in and drives me towards my profession

      Opaque Investment Process makes it difficult for analyst to understand the utility of his work, Small Team is both good and bad - good as you can track many sectors, bad as it could sometimes get challenging on the bandwidth
