Pros
Very ethical company Very focussed on safety and security Excellent People practices Great vacation policy and work life balance Management style is very empowering. Business casual to business formal environment and dress code, depending on your role. You are not just an employee on a headcount, you become family.
Cons
Not the best paymaster in the natural gas circuit in Houston. HR team has a lot of churning, constant temps and interns and very few old-timers. Not sure why.
