- competitive compensation - comprehensive benefits - generally good people that want to do their work and not get caught up in office politics (excluding Calgary)
Cons
- constant reorgs has resulted in a lot of people becoming extremely disengaged - head office is in Calgary and management there does not seem to know how to manage or communicate with other locations - tendency to re-hire former employees that were low performers
