Pros
Flexible scheduling, aircraft new or maintained like new, good maintenance. Benefits are good for industry standards. Salary on higher end of scale.
Cons
Work and non-work balance is terrible in aviation department. Micro-management overload. Lots of overcontrol. Salary very low for role and demands. Safety is a concern for duties. Accident in 2018 (Then used same aircraft and promotions from within). No outside professional training of systems. No staff development in company aviation infrastructure and systems. Profane language. Old boys club style.
