Flex work, pension, good 401k, you’ll meet nice people
Cons
Very hard to advance, polite but passive aggressive leadership, the most boring company I’ve ever worked at, touts D&I but doesn’t walk the walk, people just talk and say things to fill the air but what are they even saying… How are the ratings so high on here?
