Not all department is bad. Culture is built really within specific management unfortunately.
Cons
Incompetent and weak management that do not appreciate talent. Tend to promote individual with bad and rude attitude (low leadership skills), that is good at boot licking. No checks and balances. Diversity and inclusion only at their convenience
