Pros
Safe workplace, good coworkers. Supervisors are promoted from within and are former hourly guys. Work is fairly easy as long as your willing to put forth the effort.
Cons
Dealing with the mass dumbness of the public Promotions only come when someone retires or dies. Pointless meetings that are a waste of time Company level management acts like they care but they don't.
