Management is very controlling and micromanaging. People who are in the leadership positions, specially the CFO, and the CEO, lack the required level of knowledge and expertise in their field. People get placed in the managerial positions for reasons other than being qualified for the role, such as being related to another manager. Some employees receive preferential treatments such as working from home days, or extended vacation while others are rejected when they make such requests. Under the surface, employees have their gangs and if you are not in their gang they stab you in the back. General employee consensus is UNHAPPY about their role, their office, and their managers, and looking forward to leave. CFO is a big head, while lacking proper education or experience in the fields he claims to be an expert in.
