Pay issues and Unorganized owner - Anonymous employee Enchanted Florist Employee Review

Pay is often calculated wrong. On top of the errors, during a holiday I drove over 1,000 miles and was given $50 for gas. Most of my pay was eaten away by providing my own vehicle and gas. Paid per delivery. Business is slow outside of holidays and makes it not worth the time. Expected to answer phones and help with shop tasks in-between deliveries for little to no extra pay. I want to emphasize again on pay being calculated wrong and being short of what you are owed. Make sure you keep track of your deliveries and hours closely. The owner is very sweet, but seems to be relying on underpaid employees to keep both locations running.
