CEO can't make, commit to, or communicate decisions. Management undermines employees. It isn't clear who's in charge or supposed to be doing what.
A few people were hired because of a personal connection and they make themselves really hard to work with. They don't add value but they aren't evaluated the same way as the rest of the staff.
Leadership doesn't seem very ethical in terms of marketing claims about its product. I would say more about that but I want to stay within Glassdoor guidelines.
