      +Experience gained and diversity of tasks + Some of the long term co workers were genuine and decent despite seeming a bit too married to the place

      Cons

      -Amount of commitment required to become accepted by senior management was high. This was enfored via passive aggressive means. -Poor Salary ( well below par for the skilled tasks i was performing , as I learned upon leaving) -A lot of out of hours committment was required. -Poor judgement by management on more than one occasion. -Proper lab training facilites were not provided. -No proper canteen or lunch making facilites. Forced to eat out or at desk. -Technolgies were installed on live production envoirnemnts on the fly. - The blame game and finger pointing culture was constant throughtout the management team
