Pros
- Fully Remote - Great work/life balance - Supportive management - Plenty of independent work I haven't had any problems working for Encoda and have thoroughly enjoyed my time here. I've found the work challenging and engaging. If there was ever something in my work I couldn't solve on my own, help was available. In my experience management does a good job of showing they appreciate your work too.
Cons
It's a small company, so it has all of the limitations you would expect, such as fewer promotion opportunities.
