Pros
If you come from a humanities background and want to move into tech, this is good way to do so. Though the company is tech-adjacent, employees aren't required to be technical (though the ones that are favoured do so). I appreciated this, especially coming from an English background. The people are nice, all high academic performing good people. The company clearly hires a type but personalities vary well. Despite raising a lot the company is small, I think that's a product of management choices. Management are on the control-freak side of things and can be aggravating, but they are supportive and care. The grad scheme is great. You do 3 or 4 rotations in things like sales, marketing, operations and talent and you'd never normally get this experience.
Cons
- Working from the office - Working in crypto (it can be toxic at times) - No real socialising culture.
