The company does mean well the leadership is another story. The CEO Stephanie Bridges will hold everyone accountable but herself. Bad leadership. Everything about her is a lie at this point. . Market CEO at Kindred for 6 months (Not 6 years) then walked out for poor performance.. Does not take responsibility for her actions and when things start to go bad, points fingers.

10. Unable to adjust to difficult situations on the go. Turns a tough situation tougher with hostility blaming others.
