Short handed, thus the good bonus pay. Too many on-call days for full and part time employees. Not appreciative of staff. CEO and company are clueless to what is happening on the floor with the actual patients. They don't consider patient safety, appropriateness, or desire before having them come. It's all money, which I understand to a certain degree, but after that, it's just unsafe.
