Pros
Comparable pay, bonuses, contracts, differential, good benefits, PTO, tuition & student loan reimbursement, 401k w/ company match, good food. When staffed properly this job is good! I mean there is no perfect job. When I started nearly 6 years ago there was a lot less paper work but that’s everywhere. Overall a good job!
Cons
Often short staffed, corporate doesn’t listen to your issues, high turn over, aids can be lazy. Also I thought transferring would be an easy process..think again. Make sure you have that dotted line signed before making arrangements b/c I nearly had all of my stuff moved and they sent me an email (not even a phone call) saying they were withdrawing me and my fiancé’s offers due to our wages being too high. Didn’t even bother trying to work out a number just completely withdrew the offer and wouldn’t return our emails or phone calls.
