      Great patient outcome. A lot of autonomy with physician's. Build essential nursing assessment skills in a low acuity environment. Bonuses given to work extra, but beware, coming in extra almost guarantees a large workload.

      Cons

      Staffing a consistent issue. Unrealistic work expectations from upper management.

      Like any job in healthcare right now it’s a demanding job but the culture at encompass really does make a difference.
