      People are nice and this is a fun place to work. Management Team has good direction and listen to employee.

      Cons

      Slow promotion. There are rooms to growth but It takes several years for a promotion and don't know when you'll get one.

      There is fulfillment from helping patients regain independence after injury or illness. Encompass Health promotes diversity and inclusion. There is a good work life balance. Wide range of benefits. An overall positive work environment!

      Cons

      Encompass could recognize more holidays for employees as well compensate salaries to match cost-of-living for the area better.
