Pros
The benefits package is very good, And good management that supports and listen to try to fix problem. Rehab setting so difficult patient load as is everywhere, but great equipment and great technology and good support and encouragement for learning. They try to be in advance of changes in Medicare, And like to pursue joint commission certifications, but they also have high standards for nursing staff which is fantastic.
Cons
They don't contact out for prn help for therapy, so if staff is out and current prn's can't cover then it makes for a bad time. They also have high standards for therapy, which can be intense at times, And they like to change things for the better but sometimes they change too much at once which can be over loading. Overall I'm glad I work here and no plans to leave.
