      Good company a little disorganized but to be expected with a large organization. Benefits are ok and management is flexible. Recommend

      Benefits and organization. You don't want to feel like just a number but at times you feel this way. Would be nice to have some better director from management

      Pros

      There is fulfillment from helping patients regain independence after injury or illness. Encompass Health promotes diversity and inclusion. There is a good work life balance. Wide range of benefits. An overall positive work environment!

      Cons

      Encompass could recognize more holidays for employees as well compensate salaries to match cost-of-living for the area better.
