I started working at Encompass and there was some red flags. They have a very strict attendance policy . It seems like time off is impossible to get .
They micromanaging everything .
I did my orientation and on day two I realized it wasn't for me

Poor leadership/administrative management team
Mixed messaging on expectations/standards
Questionable execution of ethical practices
High case loads and no plan of support for staff
Unreasonably high expectations/weight of metrics placed on Case Mgt team and treatment team staff rather than focus of best practice outcome for patients (bc admin does not want SNF rate to increase or NRC score to drop)
Admin create culture that fostered several constructive discharges of staff members
No work/life balance
