Severely micromanaged to the point of lasting anxiety. You sit in front of a screen qualifying patients for rehab with unrealistic time limits. Leadership seems out of touch with how long screenings actually take, and the pressure is overwhelming. I regret staying in this role—bedside work offered more respect for the professional license that I hold than being micromanaged and devalued here.
Leadership at this location, particularly in business development, was extremely unprofessional. Many team members felt uncomfortable due to behavior that blurred personal and professional boundaries. It affected the work environment and ultimately led to good people leaving. Be cautious—there’s a difference between caring for patients and toxic leadership behind the scenes.
