Pros
Pay is average for position and area.
PTO and benefits are okay.
Cons
The company picked up Private Duty offices in a merger with Camellia Healthcare, but does NOT provide the same benefits or care to those employees. The Private Duty portion of the company is neglected and therefore less successful. Instead of acknowledging and working to improve this, they blame nurses and lower level management. When COVID hit, they provided extra PTO, called CTO, to it's employees. Except they gave Private Duty employees half of the allotted time they gave everyone else in the company. This is especially infuriating when you consider that those employees already receive less PTO than any other employee. There are a lot of private duty companies, go with one that at least pretends to care about employees. On top of this, there are never chart corrections done and staffing is laughable.
