Do what you want. Great plant manager. Mostly good supervisors.

There is no structure for processors. We were expected to have meetings with no leadership. Place has too many people in charge. No one works as a team and you are expected to come up with solutions on the fly first try. You also have to ask permission to do your job on some things as well. It's a small company where no one barely sees or knows who owns it.
