- Experiencing growing pains - Staff need to wear many hats - Lots of SOPs to know client- and vendor-side - Many client/partner relationships to maintain continually - Due to the nature of the business, some staff keep odd hours - Long days are not uncommon in order to resolve clients' issues - Lots of travel depending on the role (could be a Pro for some)
