Pros
The atmosphere is great - we work hard, but have fun too. My position is very flexible, which provides me an important work/life balance. My co-workers are highly qualified and helpful. Management continually challenges me and gives me new opportunities while providing support and guidance I need to succeed.
Cons
Some growing pains - wish management could hire much needed employees quicker!
