Pros
People across the business are generally very friendly. The company has a lot of long standing employees who've been there 10 years or more so there is a family feel, despite there being 20 branches. My line manager was incredibly supportive, accommodating and flexible, keen to develop skills and grow the department.
Cons
The business is open to change and improvements but it's a slow process that involves a lot of back and forth to get things signed off but that's often the case in large organisations.
