Start up bank, if you want to work hard and have opportunity to climb the ranks you can do it at Encore. Wonderful work life balance culture, great communication from the top down. If you have a process improvement idea they are ready to hear it and many times let you implement it.
Cons
Growing pains. Different markets have same roles doing different duties.
