Commission influenced by avg annual sales of your venue partner, and orders must hit a minimum to be eligible for commission. Experience working in-house at your partnered venue varies drastically. You may get placed a nice desk in their office, or you might get a storage closet. Relationships really impact the feel of the workplace as well. You could always request a transfer, but it greatly depends on availability.
