      Pros

      Most of the technical team that I've worked with across the country are great at what they do.

      Cons

      I spent almost eight years at Encore. After never being written up or even given a verbal warning I was erroneously terminated due to an unsubstantiated HR complaint that quickly snowballed into a witch hunt. This occurred mere months after the death of my mother. Encore does not value its employees.

      There were people who wore satanic attire in one of the most notable hotels in Encore. While there is no discrimination from the company but that kind of environment of fashion choices is concerning in terms of it is indicative of violence or anything for that matter. Please also be more transparent in your hiring process. I don’t know the steps to get a promotion as management didn’t tell me the reason why I couldn’t get a promotion.
