The company management is phasing out professionals with industry experience in favor of finance majors and MBA professionals. This is leading them to severely short-term thinking that is shortchanging venue partners, employees, and execution. It has been very profitable quarter by quarter but is reaching the inevitable consequences of high turn-over, lower returns, and failing to make annual and quarterly projections.
