Pros
Dana Sellers, CEO, believes her set of Core Values are enforced. There are many highly intelligent employees, and many good people who choose to work here due to the culture they advertise.
Cons
There are some very negative jerks (and that is the nice word for them) who have had complaints about them, people have moved from their projects or left because of them, but Encore closes their eyes to them because they are very knowledgeable in their field and the "clients love them." They know they have absolute power because of this, which increases their arrogance and their bad behavior. These same people punish those whom they do not like for whatever reason; not based on performance. They are toxic personalities infecting what could be a great culture.
