At Encor in Asheville you will find some of the best people in the world to work alongside. Very solution mindset type of people who are super diligent and hard working. People that love working together with other people, and overcoming challenges and adversity all day long.
Cons
What I found during my work with Encor was that #1 the pay was misrepresented in the application. The company hired me under the pretense that, with the exception of meetings which you don't get paid for, I was able to create and maintain my own work schedule. Two weeks in and they shift the policy so that you are required to be working 3-8 every weekday and 2 Saturdays a month. They have a set of applications that they utilize for the job that leaves much to be desired.
