Unstable company with no solid strategy - Sales Endace Employee Review

Great culture, amazing leadership, challenging work, smart folks to work with and the company really seems to care about their employees.

Overall it was a decent place to work. I think the CEO was a great leader and really did care about his employees.

Very political within my team. Every time I would go into the office I would have to hear very left leaning comments such as "Masculinity is terrible", "How social media isn't doing it's job by not blocking a specific posts about covid, presential elections, etc", and then when I go onto my weekly calls I hear the exact opposite where its extremely right leaning. Preferably I would have liked to work in a environment where this type of stuff wasn't brought up on a day to day basis and just focus on the work at hand.
