      Friendly staff and an extensive training before putting you on the call lines. Its a lot of work to be able to handle the volume of calls and properly document what's necessary.

      Cons

      Rude customers whom don't understand that we have procedures to follow. Low pay for the work you do.

      Pros

      Raises salary quickly and there is market/inflation raise.

      Cons

      Being in immediate care side, there were many changes very quickly. Able to quickly advance salary but you start low. Very little bonus.
